  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  • Shipping fees and additional charges may apply during checkout.

  • We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and any additional payment methods displayed on the website.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped through trusted shipping partners including Bosta Egypt.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days

Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, courier issues, or events outside our control.

Once orders are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers may request returns or exchanges according to our Refund Policy.

Conditions include:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.

  • Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases and transactions are made directly with Soaper Man and not with Shopify.
