Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note:

Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Your item is damaged
Your item is defective
You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened or used skincare and personal care products
Customized or special-order items
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Products damaged through misuse

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another product is:

Request a return for the current item
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping and Return Process

Orders and returns are handled through our shipping partner Bosta Egypt.

Delivery estimates:

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Other governorates: 2–5 business days

Returned shipments may require additional processing time depending on courier handling and customer location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and responding to courier communication to avoid failed delivery attempts.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

Be unused and unopened
Include original packaging
Include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Refunds will be sent using the original payment method when possible
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through an agreed transfer method or store credit

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
